Our family farming story
The Lennox family have been farming here at Shantron and Shemore since the 1750's. Now farming into their 10th generation. Bobby and Anne Lennox live at Shantron and their daughter Kay and Dougie Wilson with their two children live at Shemore.
Working together on the farm, the cottages and farm experience tours.
New to their Agritourism venture they will soon be opening a Glamping Barn site with spectacular view over Loch Lomond. They have designed the Barns which Dougie has been building at the farm.
"Cosy hotel rooms on the hill with the best views over the Loch"

Farming like generations before them....
This is a 4000 acre hill sheep and beef working farm which runs 5 miles from the Loch shore to the head of the glen. We have 1500 Scottish Blackface breeding ewes and 25 Blue Grey Suckler cows.
Blast from the Past.......
Here is a selection of working farm photos featuring Robbie and Bobbie Lennox in the late 70's.
